Operational Scorecard

The Operational Scorecard is designed to evaluate performance across various operational standards. Each Store begins with a baseline score of 4 (Blue), and scores are adjusted based on performance in specific areas. The score affects your commission, as noted in the company guidelines.

Scoring System

The scorecard is divided into specific sections, each weighted based on its importance. The scoring system ranges as follows:

  • 0 – 1.49: Red (Below Standard)
  • 1.50 – 2.49: Amber (Needs Improvement)
  • 2.50 – 3.49: Green (Satisfactory)
  • 3.50 – 4: Blue (Exceeds Standard)

Scoring Weight

Most categories have a default weighting of 0.44. However, critical failures, like DPA violations or fire safety issues, may carry a higher weighting due to their potential impact.

Impact on Commission

Scores directly impact commissions. Lower scores may result in reduced commission as per the company policy. It is crucial to maintain high standards in all areas to maximize your score and commission potential.

Tips for Maintaining High Scores

  • Regular Review: Frequently check operational standards and ensure compliance.
  • Safety First: Prioritize health and safety protocols.
  • Data Protection: Be diligent in protecting sensitive information.
  • Risk Awareness: Stay proactive about identifying and mitigating risks.
