Masih Family

Franchisee

After earning a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, Masih teamed up with his uncle Mehrdad to launch their first EE store in Skipton in 2010. Together, they expanded the business, growing from 4 stores to an impressive network of 10. Masih assumed the role of Managing Director before acquiring full ownership of the company in 2019. Today, as the sole proprietor of Family Connect, he takes pride in leading a thriving family-founded enterprise.

Masih’s deep knowledge of the telecom industry has been a driving force behind Family Connect’s growth and achievements. Under his leadership, he has been honored as Franchisee of the Year, while the Skipton store has twice claimed the title of Store of the Year. Since its inception, Family Connect has earned the distinction of being nominated for Franchise and Store of the Year five times, a testament to its success and reputation in the industry.

David Price

Regional Manager

David Price embarked on his career over 15 years ago, igniting his professional journey in the dynamic world of retail. With a keen eye for fashion and a passion for customer service, he began his career with a prominent designer clothing company. From the very beginning, David’s dedication and natural talent set him apart, allowing him to swiftly progress through the ranks and assume management roles.

As he honed his skills and gained invaluable experience in the retail industry, David’s infectious energy and vibrant personality quickly became apparent. He effortlessly brought a sense of joy and enthusiasm to his work, creating a fun and engaging environment for both customers and colleagues alike. Business Operations Manager

Javad is a seasoned and proactive professional who joined Family Connect in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from a leading telecommunications company in the Middle East. With a unique hybrid skillset spanning customer relationship management, business development, finance, operations management, leadership, and project management, he excels at aligning departments, identifying tools and strategies to boost revenue, and prioritizing efficiency and accountability. Now serving as Business Operations Manager, Jav collaborates with the regional manager to ensure compliance across all stores while optimizing daily operations. Known as a driven and influential entrepreneur, he is dedicated to growing a brand grounded in loyal customer confidence. Jav offers extensive expertise in strategic planning and problem-solving, enhancing business plans and day-to-day activities with a solid grasp of industry trends, exceptional communication skills, and a keen ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement impactful changes.
