As a quick but important reminder, all colleagues are required to complete the mandatory Sexual Harassment training by Thursday 17 April 2026.

It is the manager’s responsibility to ensure every member of their team completes this training on time. Failure to do so will have a direct impact on the manager’s Ops Scorecard.
In addition, please check and complete any other outstanding training that may be due. Our target is for all guides to be at 100% completion across the entire training pathway.
Could managers please:
- Confirm with your teams today that everyone is aware of the deadline.
- Run a quick report on Friday 10 April and again on Tuesday 14 April to chase any non-completions.
- Let me know by close of play Wednesday 15 April if you have anyone who may not meet the deadline so we can support them.
