As a quick but important reminder, all colleagues are required to complete the new BT Brand Relaunch module by Thursday 7th May 2026.

It is the manager’s responsibility to ensure every member of their team completes this training on time. Failure to do so will have a direct impact on the manager’s Ops Scorecard.
In addition, please check and complete any other outstanding training that may be due. Our target remains for all guides to be at 100% completion across the entire training pathway.
Could managers please:
- Confirm with your teams today that everyone is aware of the new training and deadline.
- Run a quick report with your team on Friday 1st May and again on Tuesday 5th May to chase any non-completions.
- Let me know by close of play Wednesday 6th May if you have anyone who may not meet the deadline so we can support them.
