We know you’ve asked over the last few years to be able to complete your own connections via Excalibur Web. The great news is that you can do this from today!

Upgrade Anytime will be coming very soon! We’ll send this out as soon as possible.
You must still attempt ALL sales in Domino and Excalibur Web Lite first. These are the primary systems and provide completed contracts which is better for the customer and store experience. You should only complete connections in Excalibur Web if you receive an error in the primary system. Instead of calling RIO, you can connect in Excalibur Web then you must process the sale manually in EPOS and don’t forget to complete Contract Tool.
All sales will be monitored and validated. Any misuse of the process may result in it being withdrawn. Please follow the guidance at the beginning of the know-how guide.
