Let’s recap on the key messages –
Personal
We’ve put Personal at the heart of our new brand, and being personal for our customers starts with how we talk to them. So everyone in frontline will have new training on how to take our personal conversations to the next level. Following training, we’ll start to refer to frontline advisors as ‘guides’.
More merch for you…
We’ve had so much love for our founder hoodies, and yes, there’ll be more merch to celebrate new EE, either given to you for free or extra items to purchase if you wish via our new EE merch shop where you can buy sustainably sourced, EE branded products at cost price.
New technology to power personal
To win in the Household we know we need to understand our customers better to help them. New EE is being built on brand new technology – new tools, systems and Digital platformsincluding Advisor Hub, Orbit, the new EE ID and Next Best Action – so we can make things easier for you and help us all understand, serve and be more personal for customers.
We are also launching a pilot for our first new EE product, built on all this new technology – a new EE Broadband – giving customers the some great deals when they combine mobile and broadband, as well as the fastest speeds, a new range of user friendly and sustainable Smart Hubs, and new WiFi controls and security features to keep families safe and in control.
Win win win
Winning the household is about securing the fibre line to open-up all the opportunities in every home.
Winning a space on the homescreen is about how we become an app that creates experiences, products and services, to make us much more visible and clicked on than we are today.
And finally we’re looking to win in new markets, with new products and services that go beyond mobile and broadband. And gaming is a big part of that by partnering with the Netflix of gaming – Nvidia – to bring the UK’s biggest cloud gaming service to EE customers in June. We’ve also launched into two more new markets with Home and Cyber security, and we’re learning every day about how to make these a core part of what we do.
