At the Leadership Conference, you will recall a section Luke delivered ref On Line Safety – There is some follow up action for all our Store Leaders to be completed by COB Thursday 26th June.
The purpose is to upskill our Guides who are passionate about the topic of tech and online safety and want to be accredited in this subject. The learning would give Guides the confidence and knowledge needed to be able to support our customers and communities with family tech conversations, in store via bookable appointments or out supporting our communities.
Store Leader – What do I need to do?
Ensure you have completed the below form by Thursday 26th June – you will need to initially nominate 2 Guides. Training dates for July will be available in My Campus over the coming days – so please make sure you book the nominated guides on and remind them to attend.

Could I please have your support in ensuring at least 2 guides from every store have done the training. Nationally, we would like to advertise we have experts in our stores, and in turn drive FF into our stores.
