I just wanted to review the Onboarding Process that all managers must follow each time.
here is a quick step by step:
- Managers identifies they need a new staff member, lease with David on this.
- Email David with the Details so an advert can be listed
- David will send over candidates 1 week after the initial advert was listed
- Managers Conduct first stage Interviews.
- Manager selects candidates to hire, you must discuss with David regarding the candidate prior to giving the outcome to the candidate, if needed schedule a Second interview
- Candidate selected, Manager requests the correct onboarding documents from candidate, (Passport or Birth Certificate, DBS Check, Bankruptcy Check, P45, NI Details, Bank Details) (If no P45 you MUST get a HMRC form printed and filled out from them. (all this must be complete prior to start date)
- All Documents must be emailed to (david.price@ee.co.uk and CC alison.metcalfe@ee.co.uk and javad.siufi@ee.co.uk) along with completing the following Onboarding Form
After the above has been completed Bright HR will be set up for you and EE Logins will be requested for you.
You will also receive a copy of the Contract and Deductions of Pay Agreement via Digi Sign within 48 hours pre filled in so all you have to do is sign this will also go to candidate to sign.
Once EE System Access has been granted this will be issued to them by myself at this stage its only for them to start Digital Training on My Campus FC New Starter Pathway and FC Mandatory Pathway.
Once you Receive the Employees UIN/EIN you must complete a Uniform Request
All in house EE mandatory documentation is completed via PowerApps (Mandatory Policy Declaration – Power Apps by Managers during Candidates Induction.
During Induction you must call Hernan with the candidate to introduce everyone and from this point there training plan can be set up including scheduling dates for each training stage, The Candidate will be set up to the Portal so they can access the Family Connect Training Dashboard | Family Connect, from this point they will start there 13 week probation, please refer to the guidelines on the probation guide or speak to David or Jav if you need support.
