Its time to refresh your Flex Pay FCA Accreditation

As part of our agreement with the FCA, we must make sure every Guide, Assistant Leader and Store Leader refreshes their FCA accreditation every year.

Action required

Everyone in our retail estate must complete the ‘Flex Pay – Protecting our Customers’ between now and the end of August.

Anyone found not to have completed this training by COB 31 August will have their Lightico logins revoked. Therefore, it’s really important everyone complete it before this date. The link to the training is here.

I completed my ‘Protecting our customers’ training already? Do I have to do it again?

Yes. To make doing mandatory training simpler to manage, August will be the month each year we want all of retail frontline to complete the accreditation refresh. This year we’re opening the training up sooner to give you and your teams more time to complete.
