Key changes to the Archiving Policy:
• Selective Physical Archiving: We will manually archive customer contracts when a digital version is unavailable, along with business proof.
• Full Box Shipments: To optimize space and resources, we will now send full boxes to Iron Mountain, ensuring maximum efficiency in our physical archiving process.
• Shredding Non-Essential Documents: Any documents not requiring archiving will be securely shredded.
