✅ How it works
- Achieve 60% or higher ScamGuard attach in February
- Once achieved, every ScamGuard sold earns £1
- Attach calculated at month end
⚠️ Below 60% = no payout
🛡️ INSURANCE ATTACH INCENTIVE
🎯 Base Qualification
- Insurance attach above 40% (after cancellations)
💰 Payments (40% – 54.99%)
- Damage Cover: £2 per policy
- Full Cover: £4 per policy
🚀 Accelerator (55%+ Attach)
If you hit 55% or higher:
🔥 ALL payments are doubled
- Damage Cover: £4 per policy
- Full Cover: £8 per policy
❗ Cancellation validation
- Incentives are validated against cancellations
- Cancelled policies are removed from:
- Attach %
- Payout totals
- If cancellations drop you below threshold, incentive is adjusted or removed
🏆 STORE COLOUR INCENTIVE
Based on your store’s final February Scorecard colour across:
- New Handset
- New HBB
- TV
🔵 Store finishes BLUE across ALL 3 KPIs
You earn:
- £5 per New Handset
- £15 per New HBB
- £15 per TV
🟢 Store finishes GREEN across ALL 3 KPIs
You earn:
- £3 per New Handset
- £5 per New HBB
- £5 per TV
⚠️ Mixed colour rule
- If the store finishes part BLUE / part GREEN
- 👉 GREEN rates apply
- No BLUE payout unless all three KPIs are BLUE

- All incentives are February only
- Attach rates calculated at month end
- Validation completed before payroll sign-off
- EE Reports Vs FC Portal will be Validated
- All Incentives are regardless of Gateway Criteria
