Great news to increase our TV performance and gain customers from Sky.
Over the last12 months we have had substantial issues with SKY and using our buy out combined with TV.
I wanted to make everyone aware that Sky have updated their website T&Cs to allow TV buy out which will unlock our potential when switching customers from this provider. We are working on updating comms and other information to support our guides in having these conversations with confidence, remember we have never stopped customers using our buy out for TV it’s always been a competitor T&Cs, which are no longer are a barrier.
Some of your teams may have already experienced this so any feedback or best practice you have would be great to share.
A quick note I would make is OTS will not cancel TV so this requires manual intervention and we should support our customers with these interactions, but its great news on what I know has been a major blocker for sales.
Along with our under the counter offers and when bought with launching tomorrow this is a great opportunity to move TV attach forward and complement our incredible HBB conversions
