We review our commissions regularly, and I wanted to share with everyone with our new structure for January 2026, As always they maybe changes throughout the year.
Additional Reductions:
There will be 50% reduction on your Commissions if you fail to complete training within deadlines set and there will be 0.95 reduction to your Managers Operation Scorecard. 10% reduction for Red in Primary, Red in Secondary capped at 20%
Appeals:
You may appeal your commission up to three times per year if you believe you have a valid reason. Appeals must be submitted via this Form, no later than the 12th of the following month. Please note, even if your appeal is rejected, it will still count as one of your three allowed appeals.
