Resolve (QMT Replacement)

Introducing Resolve – your QMT replacement2 min read

Resolve launches on 1 July 2025, and it’s the brand-new replacement to QMT.  But it’s not just a name change, we’ve made lots of improvements based on your feedback, like:

  • You no longer need to provide your UIN, store and contact number with each ticket
  • Ticket category selection is done on one screen, and is now categorised by issue, not team
  • You can select ticket categories in one go using search, making finding the right option even easier (this one’s our favourite)
  • Your tickets are immediately available on the home page, and are split by status
  • Where needed you can request regional leader approval from within a ticket, with no need to upload any documentation.

Accessing Resolve

It couldn’t be simpler. You’ll find a link to it in the Store Ops dropdown above and on the A-Z so it’s never far away.  Resolve uses single sign-on (SSO) so you won’t need to manually log in each time.  If you encounter any access gremlins at launch, ask a colleague to raise a ticket for you under Store Ops > Logins > Other.

How does it work?

Again, it’s really simple and above all intuitive.  But, to help you hit the ground running, we’ve created an easy-to use how-to guide to ‘Resolve’ any issues you may have.

Our winning ambition in Retail is to increase productivity through improved systems, processes and scheduling, and this change is just one way in which we’re aiming to achieve this.  If you’d like to learn more, check out the Operations section of our Retail Plan on the Connect Retail cascade site.
