I am pleased to inform you that, following a review of our wage structure, we will be implementing a wage amendment for all employees, effective from April 1st.
The new hourly rates will be as follows:
- 18 to 20 Guides: £11.50 per hour
- 21 and Over Guides: £12.50 per hour
- Senior Guides: £13 per hour

You will start to receive letters in March detailing this amendment to your wages, once you receive this please sign your part.
