We review our commissions regularly, and I wanted to share with everyone with our new structure for 2025, As always they maybe changes throughout the year.
Additional Reductions:
There will be 75% reduction on your Commissions if you fail to complete training within deadlines set and there will be 50% reduction to your Managers Commissions.
NPS:
- If the store is GREEN On NPS and the guide is below individual NPS threshold (82.6%) they will only lose 20% instead of 40%.
- If the store is BLUE they will have NO Reduction.
- If the store ends Red/Amber BAU commission threshold applies

Appeals:
You may appeal your commission up to three times per year if you believe you have a valid reason. Appeals must be submitted via email to me at david.price@ee.co.uk, with Javad.Siufi@ee.co.uk (CC) and your manager included, no later than the 12th of the following month. Please note, even if your appeal is rejected, it will still count as one of your three allowed appeals.
