Selling Sim Free Devices are now available to us and it helps towards your PayM Target and Conversion.

Selling SIM Free Devices: Easy Steps to Follow

1. Confirm Suitability
   • Have a personal conversation to ensure a SIM Free device is right for your customer.
   • Check prices and options in the Excel Pricebook under the SIM Free tab. (Note: The Digital Pricebook does not include this information yet.)
2. Processing the Sale
   • Scan the device in EPOS.
   • Select SIM Free as the tariff.
   • Enter either the customer’s existing EE number or the default number 07999999999 in the CTN field.
   • Double-check the article number and IMEI number are correct.
3. Payment
   • Payment must be made by card only—cash is not permitted and will be validated.
4. Portal Actions
   • Choose Accessories.
   • For the accessories section, select SIM FREE.
   • Each sale earns you £25 profit!
5. Policies
   • Note:
     • No ‘change of mind’ or returns policy applies to SIM Free devices.
     • Insurance is not available for SIM Free devices.
6. Key Rules
   • SIM Free devices are available to all customers—EE and non-EE.
   • Cash payments are not allowed—only card payments are accepted.
   • A maximum of 2 SIM Free devices per customer is permitted within 24 hours.
