As you know we changed the structure back in February and since then its been great to see the drive from you all and to see more of the company hitting commission.
New Markets such as Gaming, Home Security, Cyber (Scam Guard), EEasy Leads, Flex and Elevate have been around for awhile now and targets have also been set since February with no consequences of not achieving.
June 14th I implemented Deductions to commissions to try and help increase our performance across these metrics and we saw a great uplift.
Therefore these below will be in place as an addition from July 1st 2024 until 31st July 2024

There will be a 25% reduction on your Commissions for finishing below 30% on Flex
There will be a 20% reduction on your Commissions for finishing ZERO on Cyber (Scam Guard)
There will be a 15% reduction on your Commissions for finishing ZERO on Gaming Unless store is BLUE
There will be a 10% reduction on your Commissions for finishing ZERO on TV Unless store is BLUE
There will be a 5% reduction on your Commissions for finishing <5 on EEasy-leads Unless store is >4%
There will be a 5% reduction on your Commissions for finishing ZERO on Home Sec Unless store is >2
There will be 100% reduction on your Commissions if you fail to complete training within deadlines set and there will be 50% reduction to your Managers Commissions

NPS:
⭐If the store is GREEN On NPS and the guide is below individual NPS threshold they will now only lose 20% instead of 40%.
⭐If the store is BLUE they will have NO Reduction.
⭐ If the store ends Red/Amber BAU commission threshold applies
