I am pleased to inform you that, following a review of our wage structure, we will be implementing a wage increase for all employees, effective from April 1st.
The new hourly rates will be as follows:
- Guides: £11.50 per hour
- Senior Guides: £12.50 per hour
Your commitment to excellence is valued..
You will start to receive letters detailing this amendment to your wages, once you receive this please sign your part and hand back to your Store Leader.
Store Leaders once this has been handed to you, you are required to Upload to Bright HR and keep the document in the personnel files
