Hi Everyone,
Due to the HBB Focus this month and the Iphone Launch pending there is new training to complete.
In total there is 8 new lots of content surrounding HBB and 2 pieces on E-sims
iPhones are starting to go eSIM-only
Last week we made a change to Domino to fix the issue with eSIM only products and stop you from having to manually process them all. Here’s a reminder of the message.
Today, the iPhone 16e becomes eSIM only and you won’t be able to sell it with a physical SIM anymore.
What do I need to do?
- Complete the New Training on the pathway
- Keep an eye out on The Office for the Apple microsite coming tomorrow, for info on tonight’s announcement, how you can prep and even more info on eSIM
- Make sure your Pathway is completed to 100% FC Pathway
- Deadline Sunday 14th September
