We review our commissions regularly, and I wanted to share with everyone with our new structure for June 2025, As always they maybe changes throughout the year.
Additional Reductions:
There will be 50% reduction on your Commissions if you fail to complete training within deadlines set and there will be 0.95 reduction to your Managers Operation Scorecard.
NPS:
If the store is BLUE they will have NO Reduction.
If the store ends Red/Amber BAU commission threshold applies

Appeals:
You may appeal your commission up to three times per year if you believe you have a valid reason. Appeals must be submitted via this Form, no later than the 12th of the following month. Please note, even if your appeal is rejected, it will still count as one of your three allowed appeals.
