Franchise, Flex Pay is here and here’s all you need to know.
It’s been brought to our attention that not everyone may understand what to do with Lightico when logging in for the first time.
There was updated Guidance released in September that Franchise has likely missed at a Store/Franchise estate level. This is evidenced by several of the Stores visited being unaware of the process and therefore unable to access all the systems required to sell flex pay.
It would be beneficial to get some comms re distributed back out asap as this will directly impact there ability to sell Flex Pay.
