FC Top Gun is our monthly advisor league table. It shows how everyone is performing across sales, productivity and profit efficiency during the month, this has now being updated and works more fairly and consistantly across performance.
The person ranked number 1 at the end of the month will be the Top Gun winner.
How The Score Works
Your Top Gun score is based on four areas:
- Profit performance: 40%
- Primary KPI performance: 25%
- Secondary KPI performance: 20%
- Profit per hour: 15%
This gives a balanced score that rewards strong profit, good KPI delivery and productive use of working hours.
Live Month Scoring
During the current month, Top Gun works on a live month-to-date basis.
This means your target is not judged against the full month straight away. Instead, your target is paced based on how many rota hours you have worked so far compared with your full month rota hours.
Example:
If you have worked around 50% of your rota hours for the month, your live target will be around 50% of your full monthly target.
This makes the leaderboard fairer while the month is still in progress.
Completed Month Scoring
Once a month is completed, the leaderboard uses the full monthly targets and full month results.
That final month-end ranking decides the Top Gun winner.
Profit Per Hour
Profit per hour shows how much profit you have generated compared with the rota hours used in the selected period.
This rewards productivity, not just total sales volume.
KPI Scoring
KPI performance is measured as a percentage against target.
For scoring fairness, KPI overperformance is capped, so one very high KPI cannot completely cover another missed KPI. Profit can still reward stronger overperformance.
Tie Breaks
If scores are very close, the ranking is decided by:
- Top Gun score
- Profit per hour
- Profit percentage
- Total profit
Important
Top Gun is designed to be a fair, live league table. During the month, rankings may move as sales are added, rota hours are worked, and KPI progress changes. The final winner is based on the completed month result.
