We review our commissions regularly, and I wanted to share with everyone with our new structure for January 2026, As always they maybe changes throughout the year.

Scam Guard below target – 10% loss
EEasy Leads below target – 10% Loss
Arlo below target – 10% Loss
If a member of your team including yourself fail to complete any training within deadlines set there will be 0.95 reduction to your Operation Scorecard.
Appeals:
You may appeal your commission up to three times per year if you believe you have a valid reason. Appeals must be submitted via this Form, no later than the 12th of the following month. Please note, even if your appeal is rejected, it will still count as one of your three allowed appeals.
