This year we have decided to close Boxing Day giving you two days off to spend with love ones this Christmas
Managers please make sure your Rota is amended for this week, if we can accommodate AL days over the closed days please do so, and lets make sure we have the correct levels of staff during the week over Christmas and New Year, Store hours will be updated on EE.co.uk and Google from 1st December.
Everyone, the times scheduled for Christmas eve and New Years eve are set, there will be no earlier closes to the above, if the store is quieter before these times then our stores must be deep cleaned during this downtime if the store is busy at the revised close times then all staff in that store will be required to stay to serve customer until all customers have left, if this happens your wage will be amended in January.
Under No Circumstances do we turn customers away at the revised closing times if this happens disciplinary action will be taken
As we will be closed for two days, Safety is paramount and closure on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve we must check all windows are closed and locked, all heating/aircon is turned off, Backoffice doors are locked, Stock Room Safes are secure and locked, alarms are set and working, the front entrance and Rear entrance doors are secure and locked with the shutters down.
Happy Christmas Everyone
