We review our commissions regularly, and I wanted to share with everyone with our new structure for Feb 2025, As always they maybe changes throughout the year.
If any of your Guides fail to complete training within deadlines set there will be 50% reduction to your Managers Commissions.
Appeals:
You may appeal your commission up to three times per year if you believe you have a valid reason. Appeals must be submitted via this Form, no later than the 12th of the following month. Please note, even if your appeal is rejected, it will still count as one of your three allowed appeals.
