Recently we’ve seen an increase in fraud in our Retail stores.
Fraud can take many forms and it has a detrimental impact on the business. As a colleague you have a responsibility to make sure you can spot the signs and prevent fraud where possible. We want you to know what to look for and how you can play your part in protecting yourself, but also protect the business.
We’ve launched a new mandatory training module called Protecting Our Business which will give you all the tools you’ll need to protect against fraud. Its live on the Digital Academy from Monday 26 February and you have until 31 March to complete it.
