A key part of the customer journey, after you have discussed their needs and home set up, is asking how do they secure their devices? This opens up a conversation around security. Remember that 47% of our customers have said they’re concerned about home break ins.
Which area do they live in?
Discussing the type of property or area they live in whilst exploring home broadband opportunities allows you to understand their home set up. From research, we know that people living in towns and cities are most likely to be interested – did they know that EE now offer Home Security?
