For your sales to qualify for payment, your STORE must be GREEN or better for that KPI when the results are checked on TUESDAY MORNING.
Each KPI unlocks independently:
🏠 New HBB GREEN+ = HBB incentive UNLOCKED ✅
📺 TV GREEN+ = TV incentive UNLOCKED ✅
📱 New PayM GREEN+ = PayM incentive UNLOCKED ✅
If an individual KPI finishes *RED or AMBER, there is *NO PAYOUT for that KPI. ❌
So, for example, if your store finishes GREEN on HBB and PayM but AMBER on TV, the HBB and PayM incentive will still be paid, but TV won’t.

One customer could therefore be worth:

⚠️ To unlock the *Power Sale Bonus, your store must finish *GREEN or better across ALL THREE KPIs on Tuesday morning.

This isn’t simply about which store sells the most.
We’re going to measure which store makes the BIGGEST improvement across HBB, TV and New PayM between the start of the incentive and Tuesday morning.
We will record each store’s starting % to target for:
🏠 New HBB
📺 TV
📱 New PayM
On Tuesday morning we’ll record the new % and calculate the percentage-point increase for each KPI.
EXAMPLE:
🏠 HBB: 79% → 101% = +22
📺 TV: 82% → 105% = +23
📱 PayM: 91% → 103% = +12
TOTAL STORE IMPROVEMENT:
22 + 23 + 12 = 57 POINTS 🔥
We’ll do exactly the same calculation for every store.

⚠️ QUALIFICATION RULE
To win the Store Battle, you must also finish Tuesday morning:
🟢 GREEN+ – NEW HBB
🟢 GREEN+ – TV
🟢 GREEN+ – NEW PAYM
So you can’t win simply by making a big improvement from RED to AMBER.
YOU HAVE TO MOVE THE NUMBERS AND GET ALL THREE INTO GREEN.

If you’re at 90% – get it over 100%.
If you’re already GREEN – don’t think you’ve won. KEEP PUSHING, because another store could make a bigger move.
